Terms and conditions

This document describes the general terms of use for the Event Photo Cloud platform. This content may be supplemented or adapted later according to the final commercial use of the platform.

1. Purpose of the platform

Event Photo Cloud is a platform for collecting, organizing, viewing and downloading photos associated with private or commercial events.

2. Accounts and access

  • Access is provided through admin, user or viewer accounts.
  • Each user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
  • The administrator may create, modify, disable or delete accounts according to operational needs.

3. Uploaded content

  • Users and guests must only upload content they have the right to use or distribute.
  • Uploading illegal, abusive or misleading files, or files that infringe the rights of others, is prohibited.
  • The administrator may remove content that violates platform rules or applicable legal requirements.

4. Rights and use of uploaded photos

By uploading photos to Event Photo Cloud, the user or guest confirms that they have the right to submit those images and grants Event Photo Cloud and its owner, YAL Advertising S.R.L. (CUI 41838528, J16/2796/2019, cu sediul in Str. General Nicolae Magereanu nr. 2, bl. H4, sc. 2, ap. 6, Craiova, Dolj), a limited, non-exclusive technical right to store, process and transmit the photos solely for managing the event to which they were uploaded.

The photos are not used by Event Photo Cloud or YAL Advertising for advertising, commercial purposes or other purposes unrelated to the event without separate express consent. The platform's role is strictly to centralize and provide event organizers with the images uploaded by participants.

5. Availability and limitations

The platform may impose limits on file size, the number of images per submission, the validity period of public links and role-based access.

6. Liability

The platform is provided as a working tool. The final configuration of usage policies, commercial terms and legal texts must be validated by the beneficiary and, where appropriate, by legal counsel.

2. Accounts and access

  • The administrator may create, edit, disable, or delete accounts according to operational needs.

3. Uploaded content

  • Users and guests must only upload content they have the right to use or distribute.
  • Uploading illegal, abusive, misleading content or material that infringes the rights of others is prohibited.
  • The administrator may remove content that violates platform rules or applicable legal requirements.

4. Rights and use of content

By uploading content to VibeBox, the user or guest confirms that they have the right to submit it and grants the platform and its owner, YAL Advertising S.R.L. (tax ID 41838528, J16/2796/2019, registered at Str. General Nicolae Magereanu no. 2, bl. H4, entrance 2, apt. 6, Craiova, Dolj, Romania), a limited, non-exclusive technical right to store, process, and transmit that content solely for managing the event to which it was uploaded.

The content is not used for advertising, commercial purposes, or purposes unrelated to the event without separate, explicit consent.

5. Availability and limitations

The platform may impose limits on file size, the number of items per submission, public-link availability, and role-based access.

6. Liability

The platform is provided as a working tool. Users are responsible for submitted content and for respecting the rights of people shown or heard in photographs, audio recordings, or videos.

3. Legal basis and retention

Data is processed to provide the service, fulfill contractual obligations, protect the platform, and comply with applicable legal requirements. Retention periods may depend on event settings, account type, and legal obligations.

4. Data access and sharing

Access to content and events is limited according to the role assigned to each account. Data may be accessed by event organizers and authorized platform administrators. Personal data is not sold to third parties.

5. Security

The platform uses authentication, role-based controls, and technical measures to protect data access. No system can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable measures are applied to reduce risks.

6. Data subject rights

Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing and may exercise other rights regarding their personal data.
